The good taste of Trentino cuisine on your tables. How? With the help of the tasty Bauer stew and goulash mix: a tasty condiment made thanks to the special combination of vegetables and spices. It's ready in minutes, simply by diluting it in water.

Pairings: Recommended for all lovers of the typical dishes of Trentino Alto Adige. Ideal for excellent stews or Hungarian goulash. HUNGARIAN STEW: cut 500 g of meat (beef, pork) into pieces and brown it in oil and/or butter with a chopped onion. Then add 50 g of GOULASCH dissolved in 500 ml of cold water. Boil until the meat is cooked and the sauce has reached the desired density, adding water or broth if necessary. WURSTEL WITH GOULASCH: dilute 50 g of GOULASCH in 500 ml of water, put on the heat and boil for 20 minutes. Add the desired amount of frankfurters and cook them in the sauce for 5 minutes. Instead of whole, you can add the sausages cut into rounds together with boiled potatoes and cook everything together for 10 minutes, checking the density of the sauce. Other uses: GOULASCH, diluted in 500 ml of water, is excellent added to rabbit or chicken after having browned them well. Added to vegetable soups, it thickens and flavours
