Right of withdrawal

Sales of products via the Internet are governed by articles 50 to 68 ("distance contracts") of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). Within three working days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, Frala srls will notify the Customer whether or not the return has been accepted. Within 5 days of acceptance, Frala srls will call a courier to collect the return. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund to be made once the item has been received and inspected. In the event of a material error (size, article or color) by Frala srls, no expenses will be charged.

Methods and times for refunding the cost of the product to the Customer

 FRALA srls will refund within 7 days from the date on which it receives the return in its warehouse, once the existence of the right to the same has been ascertained.

The refund will be made by crediting the Customer's Paypal account. In all cases the original transport costs will not be reimbursed except in the event of a material error on the part of Frala srls (incorrect article sent).
